crash database error -24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error 4,connection broken server state 4

Dear

We suffer an instant power off and the database shutdowns abnormaly, We try to raise it with "db_online" and generates error:

server01:ssmadm 7> dbmcli -d ssm -u control,pass

We fixed restore from backup.
