sap netweaver 7 mmc wmare no items in this view

Hi yall,

i'm having a issue with my mmc. After the installation of  sapnetweaver 7.02 (trial) on windows server 2008 ( vmare).

After an update of the concosole i do not have instance of sap.

How can i do to retrieve them please?

Are they store somewhere?

Please check if your services of SAP Instance up and running on services.msc.

Hi Koray, it wasn't running, i started the sap instance, but my password is not accepted.

Is it possible to change it or there other thing i have to run?

Hi,

Are you trying to login with your <sid>adm OS user?

If not, try with this user.

If you have forgotten the above users password, any other admin user can also start the system.

Also you can reset the <sid>adm user password - it would not have any other effect:

Windows Control Panel -> User accounts -> set <sid>adm users password

Hi,

Srihishan is right, Also you should check your SAPService<SID> user account password on the services.(for expmaple on SAP<SID>_<SNO>)

If you remember the password(for <SID>adm or SAPService<SID>, you can change the password on the SAP Instance services by using services.msc. Otherwise you should change the SAP passwords as Srikishan has mentioned.

then try to restart the services. After services started successfully you will see the SAP Instances on SAP MMC.
