Enhanced Business Blueprint in 7.1

Hi all

can anyone help to find answer, how i can setup Enhanced Business Blueprint in Solman 7.1 to use SAP Business Studio ?

My needs is to use some more complex tool for Business Process Modeling instead of Graphic tab in Solar01

I want to use tool that mentioned in this presentation page 12.

Do i need to activate some "sicf" activities or more? can't find any docu on this... sap.help doesn't give answer...
