IW42-goods movement screen

Hi,

I have request from the user wherein I need to remove the goods movement screen in IW42.

I have created a profile for the same in spro in Set screen templates for completion confirmation .

But how do I set this profile as a default profile , so that when I open up the transaction IW42, the goods movement screen does not appear?

Or do I need to set up some user settings for the same?

hi

In IW42 screen from menu Extras>settings specify the profile to be defaulted and save, then execute IW42 where you can see the same

but i think you have to do for all the user ( I am not sure kindly check )

I am afraid you have to do it for all the user manually, to my knowledge you cannot able to make default for all the users

Hi Pallavi,

There is no any setting for defaulting that in customizing.However there are 2 possible options for that.

1. Delete all other Profiles from the IMG and you will have only one as default.Then they can only select one from extra -> Setting

2. Write a program to update table TPMUS-PROFIL and mention your profile.

Thank you for your reply.

I can't delete the other profiles as this requirement is only specific for a particular country.

What to do in this case?
