Incident Management - creating new message prompts for empty Transaction type

With SolMan 7.1 SP4, I have configured basic/demo for SolMan Incident Management.  I opted not to copy the SMIN to ZMIN transaction types at this time since we're just doing a vanilla type demo/setup.  I did go through the config guides and IMG.  When I launch the CRM_UI and navigate to the Incident Management menu, and then try to create a "NEW" incident, I get a pop up asking for transaction type, but the list is empty.  I've been back through the config a few times and can't see where it might be missing this config to use SMIN.  Thoughts?

Go to SPRO- Solman- Capabilities- Incident Management- Transactions- Specify several trasaction types

Make sure you have PROCESS_TYPE filled with 0 as Seq number and SMIN as the value you will ge this transaction type whihc you go to CRM_UI.

Hope you have all the business roles to access Incident Managament from CRm_ui.

Thanks Madan.  I did have SMIN set as the process type, and my user has the business roles assigned, but the pop up is still blank/seeking transaction type.
