sales order number not showing in MD04

Hi Gurus,

I have gone through many threads on the following issue and i do not seem to find an answer that worked for people. can any of you gurus please guide on what needs to be done in this scenario.

The MD04 screen is not shwoing hte sales order number. How to make it such that the sales order number is shwon in MD04.

Check the settings in t.code OVZ2. For the checking group (maintained in the material master), maintain value A-Single records in the column TotalSales and test again.

yes. checked the value A in OVZ2. The problem is it just happened on a couple of orders few months back and now the new orders that are being created is fine. Also the old orders are already shipped and invoiced. we just want to ensure that the sales order number shows up in MD04 and the other thing that i'm unable to understand is once the delivery is PGI'ed the sales order should drop off from MD04, right???
