Process id for request is initial-AC 10

Hello All,

When we are trying to create a new request and when we try to add roles into the request it is giving the following error "process id for request is initial "

and roles are not getting added.

Why is the system doing this.It is able to read the user details from plugin system but when we are trying to create request is not allowing us to do so.I tried searching on SDN and also SMP but couldn't find any relevant info.we are on SP7.

Hi Uday,

To resolve the issue being faced by you kindly implement the below SAP Note:

1681177 - UAM :Process id is initial in model user and access request.
