Error FAGL_LEDGER_CUST 023

Hi:

     I have done very little configuration on FM-BCS..While posting documents in FI and DO and billing in SD i am getting this error

Error: FAGL_LEDGER_CUST 023 ("Define a leading ledger"). I have read the WIKI guide on this and have executed

FMGL_CHANGE_APPL_IN_LEDGER but its not solving the issue . Please guide me. I am in development server and other people who are doing testing are interrupted by this.

Hi:

      Thanks for your reply ..Actually yesterday i had activated PSM-FM and created few master data like commitment items and fund centers (no posting to them) was facing this issue,  followed the guidelines as indicated in WIKI , issue got resolved but today when i deactivated PSM-FM and activated BCS i started to face this issue while posting data in FI and SD, now when in activate PSM-FM again the error message does not appear. I do not understand why

Well, anyway, BCS without PSM-FM is useless.
