Solution manager - issue with gen documentation tab

Hi Guys,

General document tab in solution manger 4.0 is greyed out, i checked for the status of the tab in the project standards and it seems to be in active mode and invisible.

I did lot of research and could'nt find the solution can any one of youe help me.

Please let me know if you need any other information

Hello Kumar,

the General Documentation tab is only active in Template Projects. In all other project types ( e.g. Implementation project ) it is display only. Do you work with a Template Project ?

Hi Jurgen,

Sorry for responding late..i was on vacation and could'nt reply back..

I used implementation project for setting up projects structure in solution manager..i checked using template project the gen.document tab is working..

Can you check with User settings in settings from menu bar....

And also check in Project standards --> tabs & project template also.
