SRM ABAP Integration with 2 Java Instances

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to integrate our SRM ABAP single stack system to TWO Java Instances (the first java is EP: Enterprise Portal) and the second one is I will be integrating SRM ABAP to ERP's JAVA system.

Is that possible to have 2 java integrated with 1 abap system or SRM abap system to be specific. The reason why of doing this is we will be decommissioning the java of EP. To lessen the downtime of SRM abap without having java system is that in parallel, we'll be integrating it to our existing ERP's java system. would that be possible? An SRM system is running in both 2 java systems?

Hi,

Yes, you can do that. But if you plan to shift SRM Java system then you need to check from functional point of view whether same application will work on 2 different portals or not.
