hi all,
i learned xi , i would like know , what will be the time period for implementing one xi project , unlike r/3 implementation depends on various aspects like modules , organization..
in xi projects what factors will be considered .
regards
s reddy
Hi,
One of the largest XI3.0 Implementation I know about is having close to 400 interfaces in Europe for Utilities. If it that it would take minimum around 2years if 10 developers will develop. But we cannot exactly tell.
So depending upon the interfaces, its robustness, its requirements it varies. So it may take from a mininum 3 months to a year also.
All depends upon the client requirements.

Hi Reddy,
As mentioned in earlier replies as well that it depends on scenario.
If project is big and having several interfaces, multiple business scenarios and little much diculty as well then it may take some time. Small implementaion may take 1-3 months. It also depends that how much resources available for the project. Suppose the project is big but there are less number of resource then it will take comparatively more time.

Hi,
It all depends upon the Scenerio,
If it is migration it will take a quite a long time,

Hi,
well it actually depends upon
what client wants and ur understanding of the client requirements.
say the number of scenarios can be high but the logic implemented is simple then u need less time and vise versa.
again it depends upon the restrictions ur putting on ur system.
so cant predict exactly.....
