Price change needed in goods delivery

Dear Gurus,

Could you please please provide solution to the below issue

We create a sales order for 50 materials. Out of 50 materials 25 already delivered and company wants to deliver rest the material in new price? How ?

Hi Sridher,

Go to your sale order change mode, make the ordered quantity from 50 to 25,because these 25 all ready delivered.come to the second line item give the same material and quantity 25,you can change the price for this 25.The changed price will not effect to the all ready delivered quantity.

for this scenario one sale order, two deliveries will be created and you can club those two into single invoice.

Is it possible to have 2 deliveries for an Invoice?

If so? how to include those 2 delivery numbers in one single invoice?

Hi Sridhar,

For this you need to change your copy controls VTFL.Follow the attachment's.

Need to change the assignment number to E.

At Vf01 give your two deliveries no manually and save,the only one invoice will be generated for 2 deliveries.

Check and revert.

Hi,

It all depends on Business. If its regular business case, then you can set copy control - at item level ,

Pricing type- B ( carry out new pricing).

Update condition record accordingly with new price.

if this is not regular case & limited to this specific scenario, then you can have manual cond type to enter in Invoice while creation of the same.
