Deassign MIC from batch characteristics

Dear All,

We had assigned a MIC - M1 with batch characteristic - B1 to flow results recording data to batch characteristics.

Now MIC - M2 needs to be created & replaced to MIC - M1. So i need to assign M2 with batch characteristics B1 now.

But system is not allowing to Assign M2 to B1...error "Batch characteristics B1 already assigned with MIC M1".

How to de-assign existing characteristics to MIC..

First put deletion flag to MIC M1,then create MIC M2 with new class char & assign the same in Batch B1.
