could not enter quantity into Delivery Order for a Returns Order type

Dear friends,

First,

I created a return sales order (order type ZRE copied from RE) date is today

Material A, qty 10, UOM is M, item cate ZREN copied from REN => OK, system created a Return Order.

Then,

I create a Delivery Order which refer to that return order, with delivery type ZLR copied from LR

But in column deliver quantity i could not key in value 10. Whenever i key in, system thrown message

"Only 0 M of material A available"

I checked the configuration as standard but I could not have any glue about this error.

Please help me. Thank you so much,

can you please try to create your delivery from the VA02 screen ?

run VA02 for your return order and then go to Sales document - Deliver  ,  then continue ....

have you got a quantity now?

in VTLA did you copy and adjust the RE->LR to your ZRE->ZLR ?

and your item cat. ZREN is set up there ?

As per my understanding there might be copy controls problem,check once again.

can you please tell us what is there (in Log) ?

As per your settings every thing looks fine,take the help of ABAPer explain the scenario and ask him to debug,through that you can identify the mistake.This is my suggestion to you.
