Could some one let me know how o capture Cost for activity perfomed on Notification?

This comes under the non confirmity cost in SAp notification. Create a order type ( or use std one already exists in SAP) and assign to notification

Hi,
You can create the order from notification and then using KB21N transaction code to activity allocation. To use this functionality you have to create price planning in KP26.
