How to generate Automatic sale orders & Delivers & Billing.

Dear SAP Guru's

     I have one scenario please give me a solution.

Scenario: My Client is generating sale orders 1000 to 2000 manually in UK (Excel sheet), so if i want to generate automatic orders, delivers and billing for those manually created orders. i heard that with Bapi's this is possible. so can any one explain me the solution how it works.

Automatic SO as mentioned in above email.

For automatic delivery, you can configurered that once sales order is saved, a delivery is created immediately. You do this in VOV8 and indicator "Immediate delivery =  X".

For automatic GI if required, you can schedule background job for VL06.

For automatic Billing, you can schedule background job for VF04.
