Error EWA: session has no rating

   Hi, I have error show EWA for SAP GRC.

All weeks the early watch alert for sap GRC system show message error:

"session has no rating; display report, sap ewa"

When open document (EWA) no contain data collection. The RCA and SMD agent is running.

I solved problem. delet system in the SMSY and create new system.

Hi,

as you know every time we are getting reported the same problem as EWA grey rated or EWA red flagged.

There are lot of discussion had already on this topic http://scn.sap.com/message/11010285#11010285

Grey rated means solution manager was not able to get the data to analyse from the managed system.

reason might be you not properly configureed EWA, or your managed system was down,connection broken. always the sap note 762696 and 727998 helps to solve.

please just delete and recreate the service definiton would fix this issue.
