CJ34 for transfer of budget between different projects

Hi Experts

1) Is it possible to transfer funds beteen different projects using cj34.

2) Is it possible to display the data of a buget transfer document. For example, need to know which is send wbs and which is receiving wbs?

Hi Ram,

          Yes, it is possible to transfer funds between different projects using cj34.

In order to get the respective document data you can use CJ3B. Give the document number(which is generated through budget transfer) and check.

Hi Ram,

CJ34 is meant for this reason only. You can transfer the budget from one WBS element to the other one. At the time of execution, you can enter a text (probably a reason why you are doing this transfer)... Later, you can use CJI8 to check the transfer along with Sender / Receiver WBS element and the text stating reason.
