Printer property option disable

Dear all,

my printer property option shoes disable in sap printing...basically i want to take duplex print out from sap but due to non shown of property option i m not able to take print outs ..

please suggest solution to enable printer property option in sap.

Dear Jitendra,

Kindly note that this is indeed disabled as per default.

Would you please check the SAP Note 1149136 and change the key "PropertyChangeAllowed".

Please pay attention the properties button only works for device SAPWIN like jobs. It will not enabled for non-SAPWIN jobs even if the registry entry is set.
