actual Costs/budget in the dashboard in sap cproject

Hi All,

how to displaying of actual cost and budget information in cProjects dashboard for Sales order and Internal order.

Please help me to provide the step-by-step.

Hi,

In my case:

-PPM (cProjects) Project account assigned to PS Project

-Posting were made to PS Project (Plan, budget and actual)

-Ran evaluation with right extraction layout to bring in the PS financial data to the corresponding

PPM Project onto the dashboard(DB)

Such financial data from similarly account assigned Interal order should flow to the DB as well. Not sure of sales order though!

Help portal, this forum and SAP notes (803687 etc) might give you addl. info.

for internal order actual and budget I am getting the values in dashboard. but I need Sales orders actual and budget values in dashboard.

Hello,

The cProject intergration is with internal order not with sales order so you won't be getting the actual  & budget  value for the sales order in the cProject dashborad.

But you can find through the internal order report
