Your user master has not been created correctly

Hi,

        In biller direct, i have created user with authorizations of  j2ee_admin. but  when i login with the new user in web portal    http:/localhost:portno/bd

it displaying error message as below :

"Your user master has not been created correctly. Contact your system administrator"

Where i am able to see all the data with j2ee_admin but not able to see with newly created user by copying j2ee_admin.

Please help on this ?

I am able to  login now , by giving the required assignments in su01 - go to - references.
