Assuming that you have already successfully created the connections, and successfully sent master data and transactional data in the other direction (R/3 > APO), then all that is left is publication.
Online help has a pretty good guide to get you there. All steps, including the APO > R/3 steps, are included. Start at the below link, and just work your way down the list.
