GRC10 - HR Triggers - Field Mapping (eg IT 0002 NACHN -> LastName)

Hello Guru's,

can someone explain how field mapping for HR Triggers is managed in AC10.

I successfullly managed to create an Access Request WF triggered by User Creation in SAP HR system.

However, the user data (eg first name, last name, etc) is not copied to my request.

How can I map eg infotype 0002 field NACHN to the ac field LastName in the request?

Is this done in the BRF+ rule? Or in the group field mapping for the connector (action 5)? Or...

Hi Kris,

Looks like the request is looking for user data in User data source ( which I think is not HR Data) and not able to find it (bcoz he is a new hire). As you said assign group field mappings is the place where you maintain the mapping (Action 5). Make the mapping here and test, it should work.
