Can you please provide exact  Roles & Responsibilities End User and Power User.

I go-ogled it, but could not able to gather much information .

Before implementing SAP, any Company / Business would form a group of team members like

• Stake Holders
• Steering Committee
• Core Team

Here Core Team would be having the powers of super users who would be dealling with day to-day issues of business activities / end users.  It may include configurations also.  Needless to mention, for this, they would be trained by functional consultants

The word End User itself is self explanatory.  Those who are in domain and updating the data in daily basis related to their business.  They would be having only limited access to their area.  For example,  Purchasing team would be having authorisation to selective MM TCodes.  Marketing team would be having access to limited SD TCodes.

Hi,

End user are the one who use the SAP system after system Go-Live or after implementations.

Consultants give training to end user how to use the SAP System,SAP Tcode to fetch some info or just to create new sales orders, new customers etc.Now whatever problem a end user face while entering data in these sales order, delivery etc that will reach as a ticket to the Support SAP Consultants.

End user uses the final product after that has been implemented by SAP Consultants.

Power User are Business Process Owner who know the Legacy processes and also the business process mapped in SAP. Thus they have advanced knowledge in certain applications and may also have special permission or roles and can act as a contact person for those application to the user.
