Regarding service masters usage for service procurement: Reg

Hi all,

We maintain Basic prices for combination of P.Org-Vendor-Plant-Service number. Some service are procured referring service master having price, service master without price and without service master.

During creation of PO, prices are adopted from service master if maintained. These adopted prices should not be changed in Service tab or service detail tab manual by user. i.e. gross price field made display for services having service number with price maintained 

Please advice, whether any configuration or data maintenance is required for this.

Hi,

Have a MM Pricing procedure Z1000 & keep two service condition types must placed in right place

and proper routine assigned to it (in Requirement column routine is 11 )

You can use ONLY one Pricing procedure Z1000,one schema group of vendor and assign schema group of vendor to your vendor master very well.Keep both condition types for service ( ZS00 and ZS10,keep routine is 11 in Requirement) in ONE Pricing procedure Z1000 as following:,

Count--Cond.Type--CondType Description--From--TO--Subtotal---Requirement--CalTy--BasTy--Acc--Acr--

10-----PB00-------Gross Price-Materials-------------9------------------------------------------

20-----ZS00-------Price-Service(Auto)-----------------9----------11------------------------------

30-----ZS10-------Price-Service(Mannual)------------9----------11------------------------------

For  condition type ZS00( use t.code: M/06) and go to details,Keep following "Changes which can be made" segment:Manual entries B (Automatic entry has priority)and do not select check boxes "Delete" and "Value" and save.Have condition record ofr combination of P.Org-Vendor-Plant-Service number with condition type ZS00.

For  condition type ZS10( use t.code: M/06) and go to details,Keep following "Changes which can be made" segment:Manual entries Manual entries BLANK (No limitation)  and select check boxes of "Item condition” ,"Delete" , "Value" , "Amount/percentage" and  "Qty relation" and save.

Now create separate Service PO for each for service ,one for automatic and anther one for manual and see how both condition types(ZS00 and ZS10) behaves!

you can make it a display thru ML90, > me21 > price and value fields, but it will affect all the service po.

I had explored the same. But my requirement is gross price field display for only services with service master-price maintained.

in your service price schema you must be having 2 conditons for total price  PRS and PRSX. one of them will be for automatic entry from condtion table and other take from direct entry in the PO service tab.

it is just a thought whether a routine can be written and included in the schema to ignore  the manual conditon if a value is found in the automatic conditon.
