Unable to Create a new session using ES Workplace

Hello All,

This is the first time I am using SAP Access via SAP ES Workplace. When I click on Menu -> System -> Create Session, I get the below message:

*Maximum number of sessions reached

System: HU2

Client: 800

User: XXXX

PW: (Initial pw provided by ES Workplace)

Please let me know if you  have a resolution for this issue.
