BAPI or Function module for CMP2

Dear All,

As all of you are well aware about CMP2(Resource planning project view),In which i am looking exactly BAPI or any function module which would be helpful to create , change resource planning(Assigned person, hours etc.) in one go.

Looking for your valuable input on this matter.
