Is it possible if XI webAS version 6.40 can configure the Abap proxy connection to CRM WebAS version 7.0

Hi Team,

We are configuring Proxy connection for CRM to XI, here the doubt is our XI version 3.0 which Webas version is 6.40, and CRM that we are trying to develop interface through porxy Version is Webas 7.0.

Please confirm us that is Proxy connection is eshtablish if XI webas is communicating with higher version of partner Webas ( here our case is CRM Webas 7.0).

because we are facing issues to eshtablish the connection , and CRM side unable to see IR objects in SPROXY t.code.

Yes.  6.40 version of XI  should be able to communicate with higher version of Partner WebAS 7.0.

You can also run SLDCheck in the CRM system and see where you fail in the configuration.

Hi ,

Very much possible, if your XI system WAS not supporting then you have to install add on,but as per my knowledge 6.40 supports proxy communication.
