I had my user name changed after SCN is in place.
When I tried to log on it asked again some information and it took that as my current user name. Can I change it back to my old user name?

The DISPLAYNAME is the name that appears on the top of the page when you are logged in to SCN. This name will appear by your content & activity.
The DISPLAYNAME can be changed at any time from your user profile (see answer by Pavan)
The USERNAME is the name that appears in the URL of your user profile (i.e. http://scn.sap.com/people/angryuser)
The USERNAME is set only once by the user during the first log in into the new SCN platform.
It was designed this way because this is your unique identification and it should not be changed.
If however you need to change your USERNAME, send a request to sapnetwork@sap.com
Tips:
Make sure to send your request from the email address associated with your user account
don't forget to suggest a unique username (i.e. XXXXXXXX) after you verify that the username is not already taken by checking the URL (i.e. http://scn.sap.com/people/XXXXXXXX)
