Hi Guys.

After upgrading the SPS of a PI 7.3 system from 0 to 7, the users are unable to start Integration Builder

Its showing  SAP Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)

Make note it was working prior to the upgrade.

I tried to import this manually following other threads but still no luck

When accessing http:// <J2EE_host>:<J2EE_Port>/exchangeProfile it shows a blank page so im unable to load the xml file

INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI RFC says HTTP 500 Internal Error

LCRSAPRFC RFC is working fine

You must import the SAP Exchange Profile manually.

1. On your SAP Integration server host, open the following URL:

http:// <J2EE_host>:<J2EE_Port>/exchangeProfile

The following naming convention applies for <J2EE_Port>:

5<J2EE_instance_number>00. 50000, for example, if your J2EE instance is 00

2. Enter the log on information:

User Name: XISUPER

Password: <xisuper_password>

The Exchange Profile page appears.

3. Choose Connection

The Server Settings page appears

4. Enter the required information for the SAP Exchange Infrastructure host.

Use the logon information of user XILDUSER

5. Choose Set.

The Exchange Profile page appears.

6. Choose Import.

The Import Profile page appears.

7. Choose Browse and select the following file:

/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/exchange_profile.xml

8. Choose Import Data.

Thanks!

Somehow the ExchangeProfile was deleted after upgrading the kernel directory, therefore i needed to recreate it by myself manually.

This should be revisited by SAP since this may cause large outages on the PI systems after an Stack Upgrade.
