We are not able to see the mails in the queued
messages which are triggered by the Workflow Reminder Batch Job in SAP CLM. More over every time we
are facing an issue where the workflow reminder mails are not triggered
to the users and when we restart the server all the mails flooded the
users inbox at a time which were supposed to be sent long before. So, in order to avoid that when we check the queued
messages, we are not able to view those mails before the server restart.
Any solution provided for this would be of great help.
Two things could happen here:
1. The server might have already sent the email messages and there maybe nothing in the queue. You can check the processed messages section to determine that
2. Or someone could have set the custom rule in mail configuration to delete all such emails which are triggered by workflow job. Alternately the Buy side action could be set to delete for workflow emails.
Can you confirm if this is not the case?
