Settlement value is capturing in project hierarchical reports.

Hello Mentor's,

We are doing data migration project. All PS, FICO, MM, PM Master Data and transactional data we are uploading through BDC program. After uploading the FICO transactional data, in the project hierarchical report all settlement related data is reflecting and it’s giving a negative value to allmost all the projects, because system is taking this values as FI transaction, not as settlement related transaction CJ88 or CJ8G.

If we don’t upload this data then it will effect in FICO reports, so we have to upload this.

Can you please give me solution.

hello Amlan

For me it sounds like you import some FI/CO data without control type of business transaction. If you didn't inform system what kind of business transaction should be used, it can use one type eg. COIN. Try to use eg. KABK. I only guess but maybe it will help a little.

Thanks for your  valuable input. We don't have IM, so for that may be KABK is not available.
