There are some standard t-codes which you can use to push IDOC or to do the outbound processing
for ex:in case of material master message type MATMAS
BD91 to send characterstics
BD92 to send class
BD10 to send materials.
BD93 to send classifications
There are also some standard programs to do mass processing of IDOCS based on the message types.Please refer below links:

To achieve this you need to have the logical systems configured in sender and reciever system with RFC connections.This is done in SALE transaction.IDOCS will be distributed based on the message type.Set up the distribution model in BD64.
