Result analysis Error :Planned costs for valuation are 0

Hello
When I do KKA2 for the customer project, the system give the following message:
Planned costs for valuation are 0. Please check the object
Message no. KJ216
But actually I have planned costs , actual costs, for that period , I can see them in the project report.
Could you please let me know why the system is throwing an error while running KKA2?
