QA Issue while cancelling the cancellation doc

My PO date is 18.04.12 and my GR date is 18.04.12 same date no
issue.....then i came to know that there is a price change in PO so what i did
is cancelled the GR while cancelling i gave the date in MBST as 3.5.12.

again after changing the price i did Goods Receipt with the same date
18.04.12. then My FI consultant told me that, i did a mistake during cancelling
the document in MBST on 3.5.12. so he wants me to cancel the cancellation
document.

when i try to cancell the document 5000000371 system throwing the error

Change the

Message no. QA495M

  Now in MMBE there is
no stock

Hi

What is the valuation type, you are having for the material? Is it MAP or Std Price?

If it is MAP, Then whenever you are cancelling the GR, the system will reverse the value as per the PO value & there wont be any effect on the valuation. So your FI person should not hae any concern.

Secondly, if you have Std price, Even then the document will get reversed with the original PO value. Only thing, there will be price difference, if that materials std price would have changed in between.

One more point to say, once you have cancelled the document, system may not allow again to cancel the cancellation document. It is as good as you are supposed to do the fresh GR.

Hello,

Whenever you get error like "Change the inspection stock of material xxxx in QM only" Its always means that you are changing the stock type form QM to unrestricted.

Second thing it means that this T code is not allowed for QM transaction.

Now check QA32 ,check for any inspection type the status of Inspection lot is "SPST or SPRQ" for this material

Take UD of  this lot & Do stock posting only through QA32

Hi Swetha,

while doing GR the material document is 500000120. if i check this material doc in QA32

then i have cancelled the document using MBST that material document is 5000000140.

Now again i have to reverse the 500000140 document.

when i try to reverse this 500000140 document am getting the error

Hello,

could you please check if the report ZQEVAC20 from note [48815|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/48815] indicates that there is an inconsistency. If this the case please use the report to correct the stock.
