How to stop broadcast of system messages in ESR and ID in SAP PI7.3?

Hello,

During login every time, we get some popup messages.

Please let me know "How to stop broadcast of system messages in ESR and ID in SAP PI7.3?

The message are created in ID --Tools-->system messages -->send system messages.

I dont think we can restrict system message fort specific user, but request basis team why messages popping up.

If any upgradation/System downtime planned then system message will be sent to everyone..

I want to stop system messages for every user. Not one user.

Basically we want to delete the system message which created for testing purpose.
