verisign certificate request error

Hi Experts,

I want to request verisign ssl certificate for our UAT and PROD systems. there is also web dispatcher configured for both uat and prod.

when requesting for SSL do we need to use FQDN( full name of computer) or domain name (XXXXhcare.com)?

can the certificate be used for both web dispatcher and j2ee engine? or do we need to request two certificates (one for web dispatcher and one for j2ee).

pls suggest me.

PI Server fully qualified name or hostname is required for the SSL request.

You can do authentication at J2EE level. So requesting for J2ee is sufficient. Again it's based on your requirement.
