Live Auction Error

Hi Guys,

We are using SRM 5.0. I have some problem while conducting the live auction.

1. During creation of live auction creation, System is not allowing to give decimal value in multipliers field of factor tab where we assign factor to bidder. It is taking only integer; means system is taking 16% only. But it needs to take 16.32%. Client wants to enter in decimal values.

2. During live auction, Bidder is able to submit <b>zero</b> value. I want to restrict him from entering low valued price bid. If bidder has submitted less than 30 % of total bid System should prompt error message.

The changes required by you would involve Changing the Auction Applet and it is not possible at customer sites as the code is not delivered.

Please check Configuartion settings.

I guess, Currency Conversion settings and exchange rates are not properly configured.

Thanks for you reply. I have check the configuration setting for Currency key and exchange rates. But nothing was changed.

Please tell me one thing that in your system are you able to give decimal values at multiflier field in the factor during live auction?
