PGP and SFTP Versions

Hi,

I am a bit confused with the versions.

We are currently in PI 7.1 (EHP1) with SP05.

When i checked the website of vendor for both SFTP and PGP, we found the following.

PGP:

SAP NetWeaver 2004 (XI 3.0), SP 12 or higher. SAP NetWeaver 2004s (PI 7.0), SP 8 or higher. SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1, SP 6 or higher. SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1 and 7.3

SFTP:

SAP NetWeaver 2004 (XI 3.0), SP 12 or higherSAP NetWeaver 2004s (PI 7.0), SP 8 or higher. SAP NetWeaver 7.3.

Can you confirm that it does support PI 7.1 (EHP1) with SP05.

What do you mean by website of vendor? Which vendor, Advantco?

The new SFTP adapter and PGP modules delivered by SAP is supported only for PI 7.11 SP08 onwards. The third party (e.g. Advantco) SFTP adapter and PGP modules are available for older PI versions as well.

The vendor is AEDAPTIVE.  I had got the information from AEDAPTIVE website.

Please can you confirm.

Yes, they support older versions you mentioned. Consider the fact that this has separate license.
