SRM Quicksizer - definition of 'Objects' in extended classic

0 Kudos

Can someone tell me what the 'sizing objects in timeframe' for SRM quicksizing refers to? Is it the sum total of shopping carts, purchase orders, confirmations and invoices posted in SRM or the number of purchases? For example, if my company produces 20,000 carts per annum resulting in 20,000 purchase orders, 30,000 confirmations and 30,000 invoices, Do I put in 100,000 objects per annum (assuming all follow on documents are in SRM)?

Hi Michael,

You need to look at Shopping cart number( A) + requirement coming from other system(B) + PO Created in system(C)+ PO response in System(D) + Confirmations(E)+ Invoice documents including credit memo(F).

So you have A + B = 100

C = 100

D = 100 (Max)

E = 150 (conservative)

F = 200.

So for 100 requirement(Shopping cart+ External requirement(From Plan deiven scenarios) 650 is good estimate.

I hope this will help.
