Error after Connecting to AR remedy system

Hi experts

I created ODBC  connection for AR remedy system and then i used in BO universe designer. I can able to insert the tables but when I right click on a table and click on TABLE VALUES its  showing the following error

Could you please tell whether its a right way , or is there any other procedure to integrate.

Right know we are using BOEXI 3.1
