WSM3 Error

Dear Gurus,

we are listing  materials through WSM3.

After listing if we cross check , the material is listed to other plant but when we do STO PO for some materials, the system is prompting the

error message that "material is not listed to this site."

plz explain me what is this issue........

It seems your site is not assigned to your assortment.Check the assortment and WS07.

If your site is not listed then list the article to the site to create STOPO

thank u so much for replying.

I have check assortment in WSOA2. it was assigned properly. My problem is after listing in WSM3,

if we cross check it shows that the material extended to the new site.

but if we go for STO PO, it was telling that the material was not extended - listed.

I couldnt understd the issue.we are doing listing in WSM3 through LSMW.

plz tell some soln to solve the issue........

To know whether Article is listed in Site .Check the entry in WLK1 table.If the entry is not there then you need to list the article.

Whether article is extended to the site to check the entry in MARC table.If it is not there then extend the article through MM42 transaction.I guess some error this article not listed to the site and extended.

Check if these entries is not there then mainatin ..

As Sridhar has mentioned, you should additionally check table MARC.

If that doesn't help: Please be aware of the correct dates. Which date is the calculated delivery date in the P.O.? If this date is before your listing date in WLK1, the system will always say, that the article is not listed.

Hi All,

I have checked in WLK1 table . The from date and to date are showing only zero.

I have executed a program called "RMDIFFERENCEMARCWLK1" . But it also shows empty data only.....

the soln is:

In WLK1 table, dateto and datefrom was not maintained during listing WSM3.

we have entered the date manually in table and now its poss to create STO PO.
