Hi All,
In our portal we have installed BI java using template installer. To check configuration i used bi diagnostic tool. I could able to solve most of the errors it gave me but couldnt able to solve following errors. I will be glad if one can help me to correct these errors.

RED -  BI Mastersystem
---------------------
Check Message :  Error 'Connect to message server host failed' while connecting to BI mastersystem via RFC

Solution : Check property Message Server (mshost) in Portal Systemlandscape for the property category 'Connector' (Systemlandscape/SAP_BW)

to solve this i made connection test for SAP_BW. For Connection Test for Connectors its giving following error.

RED -  User Mapping of User DDIC
----------------------------------
Import of Web Templates in active version will fail because the J2EE user DDIC does not exist

RED -  Webdynpro JCO Destinations
----------------------------------

BI_METADATA, BI_MODELDATA , WD_ALV_METADATA_DEST ,  WD_ALV_MODELDATA_DEST connectors are giving errors.Whil making a test on above connection im getting following error.

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Connect to message server host failed Connect_PM  TYPE=B MSHOST=gilsapbpcdev GROUP=BIDEV R3NAME=BPD MSSERV=sapmsBPD PCS=1 ERROR       service 'sapmsBPD' unknown TIME        Thu May  3 14:53:43 201 RELEASE     700 COMPONENT   NI (network interface) VERSION     38 RC          -3 MODULE      nixxhsl.cpp LINE        776 DETAIL      NiHsLGetServNo: service name cached as unknown COUNTER     1
