Hierarchy not shown in SAP OER WebUI

In the SAP Event Management WebUI, we have a tracking scenario for deliveries. We have linked the Delivery to IDs (verified in AII). However, if I search for the delivery and click on "Display Current Hierarchy" I don't get any search results. Error:

"(!) No data found"

"(!) In Customizing for SAP Event Management check the hierarchy profile, that is used in the user profile"

Unfotunately, I cannot find the relevant entry in the SAP OER customizing. Can somebody point me to it?

Hi Harry,

quite late but in case you still looking for an answer:

The customizing path is: SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> Event Management -> Event Messages, Status Queries, and Web Interface -> Web Interface -> Define User Profiles.

Check the entry Event Handler Hierarchy Profile. Here you define the profile for the hierarchy.
