Inspection lots not appearing in QA32

Hi experts,

Although the inspection lots are created during GR for raw materials, we are not getting the inspection lots in QA32 for record the results.

When we checked lots data in table level, inspection lots are available in QALS table. We are not understanding why lots are not appearing in QA32 although the selection profile and lay out are same as previous. For the past two days lots are not appearing, before that this problem was not there.

Please help on this issue.

Hi

Please check your GR dates are not in the past i.e. ensure your Inspection lot creation dates are falling in the default date ranges. Or remove the initial date in QA32.

Also check for the filters available in the layout for the inspection lot statuses.

We have changed the from date to previous 1  year, dates have been removed in QA32, also we have checked the filters, filters are not available in filter criteria column area in set filetrs.

Lay out is same as previous ( no change in lay out).

Is it related to any technicle problem as inspection lot data is getting stored in relavant tables but not appearing in QA32.

Remove the maximum number of hits from the initial selection screen and see if that helps.  Then adjust this to a value that allows all your lots to be displayed. 

This happens because of the way SAP retrives the data for the QA32/33 transaction.

Is it apprearing in QA11/QA12 or QA02 ?

check selection profile & explore sap not given in other tread oe  raise it to SAP .
