How to transfer data from third party web-service to solution manager.

Hi Experts,

            We have done SOA manager and external web-service setting (in SPRO).Now we need to transfer the data from third party(.NET in our case)  to solman and wise versa.Is there any configuration required in .net side also to transfer the data to Solman. If anyone has already done this integration please share.

I habe the same Question. I tried to debug the CRM Webclient Frontend but understanding all this bol Objects etc drived me crazy.

I'm searching for anything that can: create, updae, delte ... Issues in Solman

If I have found something I would wrap it as a webservice myself, that is not the issue, but to find a piece of code to access the Incident Management is the Issue on my side at the moment

you meant, trying to connect external third party service desk? check "External Integration" on spro.

if you are looking for monitoring third party tools can be done by BPMon, regular system monitoring using diagnostics agents

         Configuration of External service desk in SPRO is already done.Now, I want to know how .NET call solman web-service and wise versa .How .Net create a ticket in solman ?What type of input will be from .NET side.?
