Change priority of an incident sent to SAP support

Hello,

I opened a service message concerning our SolMan installation at service.sap.com and want to change its priority. How can I do that? I do not see any way and haven't found any answers...

I'm sorry the category of this discussion doesn't really fit, didn't find a more adequate one.

Hi Sonke,

Please call up SAP global support number and ask them to increase the priority.They will be able to increase the priority.

Hi,

its is fine, normally you cannt change the prio of OSS message in service market place, if this in the status of sent to sap.

what we do is, normally call up the sap directly or best approach request to close the current message,create new message with the high prio.

check the latest contact id on the sap note Note 16481 - Contacts at SAP (Germany)
