CUP - New user password = blank page f

Hello All,

When a new user id created, CUP Sends the mail with user id & password details.   This is with option as Send Password in mail as YES

I've configured the option as Send Password in mail as NO & Password Display Period(in Seconds) as 500. This time CUP sends the user id & password link to retrive the password. But when I click the link, the page is BLANK with a header showing password.

Thre is no password displayed in the window.

Any help on this would be really great,

I have seen this happen before and it could be a NWBC related issue. You may want ot raise a OSS call to SAP for a technical fix.
