switch to -retry problem

hi all.

i often see this screen when i trying in universe designer ..

What can i do.even sia restart same problem..restart server and its ok..

any suggestions? Thanks...

Following is the resolution given in the KBA:

1. Go to Start>> Run. Type "REGEDIT" and say "OK".
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Business Objects\Suite 12.0\default\BusinessObjects\Application Preferences\ and delete Business Designer folder.
3. Delete the User Preferences. The format will be in the form of '{username} User Prefs'. For example, if your username was John Smith, this folder will be 'John Smith User Prefs.' For this,Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Business Objects\Suite 11.5\default\BusinessObjects\ and delete {Username} User Prefs folder.
4. Close REGEDIT.
5. Before logging in to designer, delete the local copies of the universes from the local path.
6. Now login to the Designer module and test the issue.

Note: Please have a Back-Up of the registry before doing any changes in the registry. Also close all the Designer modules before following the below steps.
