HR Org structure replication - error while running "P" object - IDOC posted with status 51

Hi,

In HR orgstructure replication process, I successfully replicated Org units and positions also created corresponding BP's.

But when I run Object "P" objects are not transferring to SRM.

ex: ECC Users 100

      SRM Users 10 ( manually created in SU01 user names same as ECC users)

PFAL run with plan version - 01, object P, target system as SRM, with Update and Insert indicator - there is no users replicated in SRM Org structure.

I am looking for help, is any parameter missing? followed 550055,934372 notes.

This error message in BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE  for the existing user in SRM:

"Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'US' '00001916' failed"

Can u please check what is the error message in SLG1 for object  HRALE.
